Okay, I will try to explain it in english, but my english is not so good.
First you have receive an E-Mail with you Customer-Area-Account-Data to log into the customer-area here:

Put into the fields the customerID and the password given you in the e-mail.
Then you see this:

Now you must get an activation-code to install the ticketsystem.
To get the activation-code go first in your forum in the administator panel and look here:
ACP --> system --> options --> generell --> URL Side
Copy the line with the URL of you Board.
And now you go to the customer area again and klick on the License-Tab (look in the picture)

Then you will see the license, that you have buyed. Klick on the "
Ticketsystem".
Now you must paste the URL of you board into the Domain-Form and Press "ABSENDEN".
A activation code will be build. Now you only copy the serial-number! Not the activation code!! That very important! Copy only the serialnumber! Look in the Picture!

Now you can download the plugin. Klick on the Tab "
Download".

Than klick on the Plugin you will download.

After that, you can go again to you forum in you ACP.
Now you can install the PlugIn.
During the Install, you must input the serialnumber and the activation-code.
Now its very important, that you input only the serialnumber! Paste the serialnumber into the form and than the install will go on!
